The SeaLofts On The Beach (St. Kitts) is governed by the SeaLofts Homeowners Association. Only rental agreements made with SeaLofts On The Beach are entitled to full service and guarantees of the Homeowners Association.

Each townhouse features two and three bedrooms. All units are fully equipped for your self-catering holiday. Daily maid service is not available. Homes are cleaned and prepared for your arrival and upon departure. All rates are in US$ and subject to a 9% Government Tax. An outdoor barbecue area, two gazebos, beautiful swimming pool and ocean patio area are all available for the exclusive use of owners and registered guests.

Guarantee: - A 25% deposit is required upon confirmation, and balance is due upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy: - Cancellations less than 2 months prior to arrival will result in the loss of your deposit.

Payments: - Payments may be made with Certified Bank Checks drawn on a US Bank; Travelers Cheques, debit or credit cards (Master, Visa, American Express).
